Historic Rosemont Manor & Guest Cottages sets on a knoll overlooking the Shenandoah Valley and Blue Ridge Mountains.  At the edge of downtown Berryville, the manor home offers guest rooms in the circa 1811 mansion and also has 4 cottages on the beautiful property.  Rosemont has two wedding venues.

Watermelon Park & RV Campground is on 27 acres at the foothill of the Blue Ridge Mountains and along the Shenandoah River.  The 90 RV campsites are equipped with 50 amp electric hook-ups, fresh, clean water and a sanitation station.  Go swimming, fishing and tubing, roast s’mores over the campfire, play volleyball or just chat with your neighbor over a cold brew.
