We want you to participate!  The County is providing this marketing promotion to help restaurants increase the number of customers during a traditionally slower time of the year.  Restaurant Week provides your business an opportunity to showcase your restaurant’s cuisine and service, highlighting your best creations to new and returning patrons.  You may choose to feature a special dish or specific menu, offer a discount or meal deal.

There is no fee to sign up to participate.

Each restaurant may choose their own promotion to offer.  Here are a few restaurant promotion ideas below.  Be creative and make it fun!

• Specials: Specially priced individual beverages, appetizers, entrees, cocktails, and/or desserts
• Discount: 10% off total bill during Restaurant Week
• Meal deal: All-inclusive meal package price such as an appetizer, entrée, & dessert for $35
• Buy one entrée get one free; Buy entrée get dessert free; Buy an entrée get a beverage free

Clarke County Tourism department WILL PROVIDE restaurants with a “restaurant week” logo, window cling (flyer to hang to inform customers), table tents for tables, a paid social media campaign on Facebook & Instagram and a passport prize to customers who earn 3 restaurant receipts during Restaurant Week.

Participating Restaurant Agreement:

• Participating Restaurants MUST OFFER ALL customers the Restaurant Week specials during March 15-21, 2027. These specials need to be printed, verbalized and offered with the regular menu to customers during Restaurant Week.
• Participation in Restaurant Week requires that the offer be honored on all days your restaurant is open. You may only opt out on days when your regular business hours are closed.
• Restaurants agree to be properly staffed during the hours stated.
• Restaurants agree to complete a post-event survey within 30 days of receipt of survey.
• Restaurants agree to track and report the number of restaurant week customers during March 15-21, 2027. This helps us measure success and compare growth.
• Restaurants may use name and logo branded for the Clarke County Restaurant Week, but may not alter it in any way. • We will provide “ASK ME About Restaurant Week” buttons for your staff. We will provide a YouTube video to help train your staff about Restaurant Week.
• There will be a NEW “Passport Program” to encourage patrons to visit multiple restaurants during Restaurant Week. Customers upload a photo of their receipt from 3 different locations to earn a prize that can be picked up at the Berryville-Clarke County visitor center inside the Barns of Rose Hill cultural arts center (95 Chalmers Court, Berryville, VA  22611)
