It is a holiday season like never before but despite the circumstances, we can still have fun in meaningful and creative ways. This year, creativity has taken center stage in Clarke County and there are some unique outdoor holiday activities to put you and the whole family in the holiday spirit.
Start in Berryville where the annual “Parking Meters on Parade” contest is in full swing. This is a hometown favorite event and open to businesses and families in Clarke County. Stoll along main street and explore dozens of extravagant holiday sculptures lining the streets. From Santa and his elves to baby Yoda and all your favorite holiday characters, the creativity will delight the whole family.
While on Main Street, make sure you stop by Rose Hill Park and check out the towering Christmas tree and holiday decorations on the pavilion. It is the perfect spot for a family photo.
Next stop is the Village of Boyce where residents have launched the annual outdoor holiday décor contest. This quant village is determined to remind everyone just how much holiday spirit they have by lighting and decorating the entire town with holiday galore!
