Appalachian Trail Hikes
Pine Grove is a picturesque spot for adventurers, offering access to one of the most rewarding hikes in the area.
Raven Rocks overlook, located along the Appalachian Trail off Pine Grove Road, provides stunning views after a challenging but worthwhile 5.5-mile, up-and-back hike. This part of the Appalachian Trail is called the “roller coaster” because of its winding path up and down multiple steep ridges and rocky stream crossings.
Pine Grove Restaurant
After a day on the trail, visitors can refuel with a hearty, homecooked meal at Pine Grove Restaurant. This friendly, country diner serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and makes you feel like a local. Homemade pies and other desserts are their specialty. Outdoor seating is available so you can bring your pup.
Horseshoe Curve Restaurant
Kick back with pub fare and your favorite drink at the Horseshoe Curve Restaurant. Horseshoe Curve has been around since 1946 and is known for its live music every Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8:00 pm. Come inside to experience the unique, eclectically decorated restaurant to get the full vibe.
Pine Grove is the ideal destination for those seeking outdoor adventure, great food, and a relaxing atmosphere.
