On April 19, we’ll be grinding organic einkorn — an ancient grain known for its rich, nutty flavor and nutritional benefits. Stop by to watch the milling process in action, tour of our historic USDA Certified Organic facility, and shop a variety of stone-ground grains, flours, and baking mixes.
