Barns of Rose Hill
The Barns of Rose Hill is Clarke County’s cultural arts center with art exhibits, workshops and live musical concerts. Originally part of a 100-acre estate, Rose Hill was built in the mid-19th century by Dr. S. S. Neill, a surgeon in the Confederate Army. Currently, the two dairy barns on the property were fully restored in 2011 and now house a 501c3 nonprofit arts venue and community center. It is a short, walkable distance to boutique shopping and intimate dining in downtown Berryville.
The Clarke County Visitor Center is located on the first floor. Find brochures, maps, menus and other information on local businesses and tourist attractions in the region. A concierge is available for questions and assistance.
The Art Gallery at the Barns of Rose Hill has two rotating art galleries that are FREE to the public to peruse Tuesday – Saturday from 12 Noon – 3:00 pm. Check out the current Art Exhibits.
