Held August 10-16, in Berryville, Virginia, this iconic event blends small-town culture with big-time fun. 📍Where It All Happens

The fair takes place in the Shenandoah Valley at the Clarke County Ruritan Fairgrounds at 890 West Main Street in Berryville, VA, 22611. Easy access from Route 7 or Route 340.

🎡 Clarke County Fair 2025 Highlights

Big acts: Expect crowd-pleasers like the Truck & Tractor Pulls, Rodeo, Demolition Derby, Smooch-a-Moo and Dirt Drag Racing.
Live music: Bryan Martin and other Country stars to headline pre-fair on August 9^th.
Carnival rides: From thrill rides to Kiddie Land—get the wristband for unlimited fun!
Livestock & agriculture shows: Come cheer on local FFA & 4-H students as they prove their showmanship and months of hard work.

Pre-sale Season Passes gets you entry to the fair for all 6 days on August 11-16 at $30 for Adults and $15 for Children.

“All Night-Wrist Bands” are good for one night for August 11-12-13 days only.

Same Day Wristbands=$35. Purchase at the Fair midway for August 11-12-13 only.
All other days Carnival Rides are 2-5 tickets per ride. One Ticket=$2 Book of 25 Tickets=$30
Children’s Day Carnival Specials: All rides only 1 ticket at $2 per ticket on August 13 from 2:00-6:00 pm and August 16 from 5:00 pm+

The Clarke County Fair isn’t just an event—it’s a celebration of its agricultural heritage that makes Clarke County, Virginia, so special. It is a place where connection to the community is made with neighbors, friends and family. A place that is friendly and welcomes all visitors. Spend one night at the fair or enjoy the whole week with wholesome activities like interacting with sheep, cows, chickens, rabbits, horses, goats, and pigs. The fair has been a way to continue Clarke County’s family legacies in the agriculture industry and for the youth to engage in educational experiences and to learn production and management of farming.

The Clarke County Fair honors its prized citizens by offering these folks free admission and special events. Senior and Children’s Day ends at 5:00 pm.

August 12^th is First Responder’s Day with 1pm luncheon (sign-up)
August 13^th is Senior Citizens with 11am Senior party (sign up)
August 13^th is Children’s Day (9am Barnyard games, 1pm Puppet Show, 2pm Children’s party, 4pm Par-Tea with the Queens, 4:30 Pretty Animal Contest & Discounted Rides) (sign-up)
August 14^th is Veterans & Active Military Day with 1pm lunch and ceremony (sign up)
